Welsh Rarebit with Smoked Celtic Promise

Method

Heat the oven to 220C (200 in a fan oven).

Mix the grated Smoked Celtic Promise cheese with all the other ingredients and spread onto buttered toast.

Pop in the oven for 5 - 10 mins until browned and gorgeous!

 

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

225g (8oz) Smoked Celtic Promise Buy Cheese
30g (1oz) butter
1 tsp english mustard
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
4 slices of farmhouse bread, lightly toasted
a few drops Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce
