Dense, thick, blue and striking. Blacksticks Blue is a beautiful sunset colour from annato being added to the milk during the cheese-making process.

Not as strong as a Stilton but a brilliant option as your Blue on the cheese board.

What's it taste like? Creamy soft and beautiful tasting with a stunning annato colouring. Similar to a Blue Shropshire in taste.

Where's it from? This fantastic blue cheese is made by the Butlers Farmhouse Cheese company in Inglewhite, Lancashire. Blacksticks Blue is sold as a 500g truckle in a bling gold wrapping.
