Stilton-lovers who fancy a change should try this lovely lighter, crumblier and savoury blue cheese. This is the 'red top' version of blue cheeses because its made with skimmed cow's milk so YES it's lower in fat!

The cheese originated from a process that's hundereds of years old but was revived in the 80s by cheese maker Mike Davies.

What's it taste like? Dorset Blue Vinny tastes like a milder form of Stilton but lower in fat and with a longer-lasting taste.

Where's it from? Made by Mike Davies of Woodbridge farm in Dorset. The cheese comes as a mini-Vinny 500g baby truckle.
