"Finn is another classic soft organic, unpasteurised cheese from the Neal's Yard Creamery. Finn is an amazingly stunning soft cheese: rich, luxurious and devilishly oozey."

 

What's it taste like? Finn is made from unpasteurized cow's milk with added double cream. The cheese has a white bloomy mould coating and a smooth primrose yellow paste. As Finn matures the texture becomes luxuriously melting with a rich slightly salty-sweet flavour.

Where's it from? This UNPASTEURISED cheese by Neal's Yard Creamery, Herefordshire. It comes a 200g cylindrical organic whole cheese.
