Chaource is a fantastic traditional creamy cows milk cheese from Burgundy.

The perfect table cheese, Chaource can quite easily stand up to be enjoyed on its own with a glass or three of Champagne.

What's it taste like? Chaource has a thick rind with a reddish hint and a lovely buttery interior. The taste is quite strong and similar to a Neufchatel.

Where's it from? Made only in the Champagne region, this is the AOC UNPASTEURISED Chaource and comes as a wrapped 250g circular whole cheese.
