Pong's Opinion

Tor is made by Whitelake Cheeses in the style of a Valencay but modeled on the nearby Glastonbury Tor afterwhich it is named.

What's it like taste? Tor's beautiful texture strikes you immediately, then the taste of lemon with a gentle punch. It is an exquisite and top quality goat's cheese.

Where's it from? Tor is produced by the masters at White Lake Cheeses in Bagborough, Somerset, a stones throw from the Glastonbury festival site. The goat's milk is thermised and suitable for vegetarians.
