Langres is a little beauty: quite small and unassuming but packing a punch of complex flavours. Whats particularly good about this Petit Langres is that it comes with its own very handy little bowl-shaped top in which you can pour some fizz (well thats what they do in Champagne).

What's it taste like? Langres is washed continually in brine and anatto to give it a distinctive orangey/ brown rind. Rich and supple with a melt in the mouth texture; a beautifully complex cheese with a dip in the top to add your champagne.

Where's it from? This AOC UNPASTEURISED Langres is imported from Champagne. Petit Langres comes as a wrapped whole round cheese of 180g.
