What's it taste like? Its a fantastic cheese in so many ways: a uniquely complex flavour, strong nutty and lemony overtones and a superb, even sexy look: the cheese has been washed in Temperley Somerset Cider brandy and wrapped in a vine leaf to look like a little natural parcel of loveliness.
Where's it from? It is produced by the masters at White Lake Cheeses in Bagborough, Somerset, a stones throw from the Glastonbury festival site. Little Wallop is wrapped as a whole 115g cheese.
