It's not often a cheese is produced that is completely different from everything else but Black-Eyed Susan is such a cheese. The combination of peppercorns and jersey milk brie-style cheese is quite exceptional and totally unexpected. One taste is enough to make this your new favourite.

 

What's it like? A richly creamy 'Goldilocks' soft cheese has been rolled in crushed peppercorns to produce this gorgeous crunchy-textured and spicy tasting cheese from Somerset.

How's it come? Made with milk from Jersey cows by Godminster Vintage in Bruton, Somerset. Black-eyed Susan is a wrapped 150g circular whole cheese.
