This is the best looking cheese in the world. That's what we think anyway. It dominates any cheese board by looking so ripe and fresh, almost as if its breathing.

And the taste is equal to the looks. We recommend buying it as soon as you can because this cheese is becoming very popular and its still only made by a small artisan team lead by the legendary Baron Pouget.

What's it taste like? A phenomenal, creamy semi-soft blue veined cheese with a striking looking rind. The cheese is made in a Stilton Dairy to precise specifications to create a uniquely smooth texture with the strong taste you'd expect from a blue, but much creamier than stilton.

Where's it from? This outstanding blue cheese is made by Baron Pouget of the Oxford Cheese Company in Worminghall, Buckinghamshire. Oxford Blue Baby is a silver foil wrapped circular whole cheese of 320g. Suitable for vegetarians.
