Celtic Promise...a mystical name and it must, we think, have been crafted by fairies and elves in the forests of West Wales because this is a truly magical cheese! 

Try it and fall under its spell...

What's it taste like? To get the creamy flavour and texture, Celtic Promise is washed twice a week for seven weeks (more than us!) This wonderful cheese has a sticky orange rind, pungent smell and a soft and rich full flavour.

Where's it from? Made by John Savage of Teifi Farmhouse Cheese in Ceredigion, Wales. The cheese is wrapped to protect its unique washed orange rind. 500g, unpasteurised and suitable for vegetarians.
