For Brie-lovers you cant ask for more than this wondorously creamy tasting cheese.

The cotswold fresian milk flavour comes through as buttery and possibly even a bit sweeter than a French Brie.

 

What's it taste like? Cotswold Organic Brie is a wonderfully fresh tasting Brie which is possibly slightly sweeter than its French counterpart.

Where's it from? Made by Simon Weaver at Cotswold Organic Dairy in Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire. The cheese is wrapped as a 260g piece and packaged in Simon Weaver's distinct and attractive branding.
