Flower Marie wins a lot of prizes and it deserves to because it is a little masterpiece.

The taste is quite sweet, subtle and a little bit sexy.

 

What's it taste like? Flower Marie has a subtle flavour with a white mould rind. The taste is caramelly which comes from the sweetness of the ewe's milk.

Where's it from? Made by Kevin and Alison Blunt of the Golden Cross Cheese company at their farm at Whitesmith, East Sussex. Flower Marie is UNPASTEURISED and comes wrapped as a square-shaped whole cheese of 200g.
