Driftwood is made by Whitelake Cheeses, producers of Farleigh and Little Wallop, and goat's cheese geniuses. This new cheese from them is made in the style of a St Maure but with a much more complex and more interesting taste.

What's it like taste? Driftwood's beautiful texture strikes you immediately, then the taste of lemon with a gentle punch. It is an exquisite and top quality goat's cheese.

Where's it from? Driftwood is produced by the masters at White Lake Cheeses in Bagborough, Somerset, a stones throw from the Glastonbury festival site. The goat's milk is thermised and suitable for vegetarians.
