Yarg is such an extremely handsome cheese that its hard to not focus on its looks but it definitely has a stand out  taste as well: very creamy and zesty.

What's it taste like? Wrapped in nettle leaves Yarg, a cornish cheese, is hand made with a mild slightly mushroomy flavour.

Where's it from? Made by the Gray family (get it? Yarg is Gray backwards) at the Lynher Dairies cheese company. Yarg comes as a 1kg whole truckle wrapped in nettles. Suitable for vegetarians.
