What does Minger cheese taste like? Minger is deliciously unctuous in texture and taste but BEWARE it’s a wee stinker! The annatto wash creates a sticky bright orange rind, like a Scottish Munster or an Epoisses.

Where’s it from? Minger is made in the Highlands of Scotland by The Stone family and their team at Highland Fine Cheese Ltd in Tain near Inverness.

Packaging: Comes as a whole square cheese of 250g.
