Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Pong Cheese Limited (company no. 06755963) whose registered office is at 11 Laura Place, Bath, BA2 4BL, United Kingdom.
  2. Employees of Pong Cheese Limited, their family members, associated prize partners or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
  4. Partners Pong Cheese and Haute Fromagerie reserve the right to challenge the eligibility of any entrant selected as winner.
  5. Route to entry for the prize draw is free, with no purchase necessary. The details of how to enter are either via the Haute Fromagerie French Cheese Selection 400g, via pongcheese.co.uk/winayearofcheese, or by email with first name, last name and email address details sent to marketing@pongcheese.co.uk. To enter, an individual must enter a valid email address, first name and last name. One entry per person.
  6. Promotional packs are available in selected UK supermarkets while stocks last. Availability may vary by store.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 GMT 30.09.2026. No further entries to the prize draw will be permitted after this date.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
  10. Any changes to The Win A Year Of Cheese Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. There are three prizes in total, each consists of 1 x The Speciality Cheese Club monthly subscription for x12 months. Typically, you’ll get 4 cheeses in a Speciality Box (min. weight 500g). The prize includes free delivery of each item. We will ask for cheese preferences at time of winner confirmation, which determines if you’d prefer No blue, No Goat’s Cheese, or Vegetarian only.
  13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. A winner will be chosen by Pong Cheese Limited based on a computerised random draw, from all entries received and verified by Pong Cheese Limited and or its agents. Pong Cheese and Haute Fromagerie’s decision is final regarding the choice of winners.
  15. The winner will be notified by the email address they used to enter, within 72 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering The Win A Year Of Cheese Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name for the purposes connected with the administration of the prize draw. Where a winner chooses to share their prize on social media, the Promoter may request permission to repost such content on its channels. No winner image will be used without prior consent.
  20. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Marketing communications are optional and require you to tick a consent box. Entry to the prize draw does not require marketing consent.
  21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: The Win A Year Of Cheese Prize Draw, Unit 16 The Industrial Quarter, Bath Business Park, Peasedown St John, Bath BA2 8SF.
  22. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  23. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Pong Cheese’s privacy policy.
  24. The Win A Year Of Cheese Prize Draw is open to all UK users aged 18 years old or over on the opening date of this promotion, excluding: employees of, or agents of Pong Cheese, Haute Fromagerie, their distributors, or anyone else professionally connected to the prize draw.
  25. Pong Cheese and Haute Fromagerie accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
