What's it like? Stinking Bishop is the name of the pears used to make the perry (pear-based cider) in which the famous cheese is washed. This is a phemenonal cheese with a superb name and one of our favourites.
Where's it from? Made by Charles Martell in Dymock, Gloucestershire.
