Thanks for your email. With the perfect storm of various restrictions due to the pandemic and high demand we are taking longer than we would like to respond to queries at the moment. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible but you might find the answer to what you need below:

  • PLEASE REMEMBER THAT DELIVERY DATES WILL BOOK UP QUICKLY so the sooner you order the better.
  • Last orders for Christmas delivery can be made up to MIDNIGHT on Friday 18th December OR earlier if we sell out before then.
  • There are NO deliveries on Christmas Day Friday 25th or Boxing Day Saturday 26th, or 28th or 29th because of Bank Holidays
  • It’s a busy time for couriers anyway but with a pandemic as well its particularly challenging so please allow for extra delivery days, especially if you are not on mainland UK or overseas.

If you have any delivery or tracking queries you might find it helpful to call our couriers, DX, directly on 0333 241 0333 and quote your tracking code. You’ll also need to tell them the name and postcode of where its going. Please remind them it is a PERISHABLE item and it must be delivered as soon as possible. It might be useful to give them any helpful instructions for delivery if the driver has not found your property and to confirm address details.

>>>I’m worried about the condition of the cheese if it is delayed?

Please don’t worry about the condition of your cheese if it is delayed by a day or so: its lovingly boxed with ice gel packs to keep the air cool and with the current ambient temperatures the cheese will not be harmed.

>>>When will my Cheese Club subscription be shipped?

If you’ve just ordered your first Cheese Club or Gift Subscription it will usually ship the following Thursday HOWEVER from 9th December until after Christmas and because of the Christmas delivery schedule and Bank Holidays we will be shipping Cheese Club orders on Sunday 13th December for delivery on Monday 14th and Sunday 20th December for delivery on Monday 21st. If you order your first box in the week before those dates OR if you have a renewal that falls in those weeks that is when you’ll receive your box. The first shipping date of Cheese Club after Christmas is Wednesday 30th December to arrive Thursday 31st.

>>>Can I start my subscription at a later date?

NB If you want to change the date of your first OR next box please let us know by email quoting your order/ subscription number and we’ll make sure we change the subscription.
