"Westcombe Dairy is one of the three most important Cheddar producing dairies in the world along with Keen's and Montgomery's Cheddar. Westcombe is a phenomenal mature cheese from deapest darkest Somerset.

Fantastically good taste full of rural influence! Totally hand-made and bursting with flavours.

What's it taste like? An artisan mature farmhouse cheddar made with traditional methods and clothbound to give it a fantastic earthy and powerful taste.
