Minger – a naturally rinded pungent cheese with subtle flavours made in Tain by Highland Fine Cheeses (250g)

Lanark Blue – an UNPASTEURISED ewe’s milk blue from Lanarkshire with a sweet and salty flavour (200g)

Isle of Mull Cheddar – a traditional farmhouse Cheddar made with UNPASTEURISED milk from cows fed on spent whisky grains (200g)

Elrick Log – a mould ripened soft, lactic cheese made with UNPASTEURISED goat’s milk (180g)
