Dont panic! Its just a cheese but it is, as its name suggests, pretty powerful. Black wax coating reveals a moist, smooth texture but an intense vintage cheddary taste.

Enjoy while imagining the wind and snow-lashed mountain sides of Snowdonia and its weather-hardy cows.
