Roquefort Papillon 330g – salty, strong, silky and sweet, Roquefort Papillon is incomparable and needs no introduction. This is large wedge of blue cheese perfection.

Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOC 250g – an incredible ash-coated goat’s cheese from the Loire valley. Phenomenally smooth and with edible food ash amongst its snowy white rind and a strand of straw for aesthetic value.

Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar 650g – an award-winning West Country Farmhouse cheddar with a nutty, tangy flavourm, which is aged for up to 3 months in Wookey Hole Caves.

Stinking Bishop 500g – this famous cheese is washed in perry cider made with a pear called ‘Moorcroft’. The perry itself is eponymous with a malodourous and drunken member of a local family from yesteryear called Bishop who is said to have created the cider. This is a phenomenal cheese with a superb name and one of our favourites.

Brie de Meaux 375g – a fantastic traditional triple cream cows milk cheese from Burgundy. Chaource can quite easily stand up to be enjoyed on its own with a glass or three of Champagne.
