What’s it like? Flower Marie has a subtle flavour with a white mould rind. The taste is caramelly which comes from the sweetness of the ewe’s milk.
Where’s it from? Made by Kevin and Alison Blunt of the Golden Cross Cheese company at their farm at Whitesmith, East Sussex.
