Il Canet

Il Canet is a subtle washed-rind cheese from Piedmont in northern Italy. It’s gorgeous tangerine colour is from the orange-hued annatto which is added to the brine when it is being ‘washed’. The blend of cow and goat’s milk used to make Il Canet, make for a sweet yet spicy flavour.
