Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOC 250g – an incredible ash-coated goat’s cheese from the Loire valley. Phenomenally smooth and with edible food ash amongst its snowy white rind and a strand of straw for aesthetic value.

Pong’s Extraordinary… Cheddar 400g – a creamy Cheddar with earthy characteristics and a distinctly nutty flavour. Brilliant with a good ale!

Soumaintrain AOC 200g – this exquisite rich and creamy cheese is washed continually in brine and Marc de Bourgogne to give its particular light orangey rind.

Chaource 250g – a fantastic traditional triple cream cows milk cheese from Burgundy. Chaource can quite easily stand up to be enjoyed on its own with a glass or three of Champagne.
