Chaource is a fantastic traditional creamy cows milk cheese from Burgundy.

The perfect table cheese, Chaource can quite easily stand up to be enjoyed on its own with a glass or three of Champagne.

Description

What’s it like? Chaource cheese has a thick rind with a reddish hint and a lovely buttery interior. The taste is quite strong and similar to a Neufchatel.

Where’s it from? Made only in the Champagne region by Fromagerie Lincet.

Packaging: This is the AOC UNPASTEURISED wrapped 250g circular whole cheese.
