What’s Highmoor like? It’s a delicious tasting semi-soft and organic cheese. It’s best eaten at room temperature, and melts brilliantly too.

Where’s it from? It is produced by Nettlebed Creamery in Oxfordshire.

Packaging: Highmoor is wrapped as a whole 300g cheese.
