Rougette Bavarian Red

Rougette Bavarian Red is creamy, cows milk cheese that’s mild in flavour but intensely and indulgently buttery. Rougette has a distinct red-white, edible rind with a slight white dusting; this is a cheese full of character, with a creamy soft interior in the Brie style of cheese making. Rougette is made by Käserei Champignon, Laube Allgäu, using milk from regional farms in Germany’s southern Alpine region of Bavaria’s Allgau region.
