Grilled sirloin steak with quince, pears and Cotswold Blue Brie

Grilled sirloin steak with quince, pears and Cotswold Blue Brie

Method

Simply grill the steak and pear until it’s almost ready and grill the pear alongside it for the same amount of time.  Then spoon over the quince jelly to cover the meat.

Arrange four pieces of pear on top of each steak. Now cut the Organic Cotswold Blue-Veined Brie into 1cm thick slices and place over the pears, return to grill and cook until the cheese melts. Great with new potatoes or chunky chips and salad leaves.

The term is culture shock. You will be fine. Most ppoele are friendly. You might have some difficulty if you say you hate the Cowboys, but even some natives don't like the owner and his team. There is an outstanding med school, with 5 Nobel prize winners on staff.Dallas is nothing like Manhattan, it is spread out so transportation can be a problem. The cost of living is much cheaper, and the winters are mild, with very little snow. The summers can be hot, but everything is air conditioned.Have an open mind, don't make rash statements about how much better things are in New York and you will be okay, and get along well.
