Brushetta with Brie, Blackberries and Honey


Makes approx 10-12 slices

  1. 400g bruschetta loaf
  2. 200g Brie de Meaux AOC
  3. 20-30 blackberries
  4. 100g honey

How to make it

These small bruschetta bites are real party-pleasers, and great for lunch too. The brie with blackberry and honey combination is a chef flavour classic. Make them with Brie de Meaux AOC and they’ll be exquisite.

  1. Cut the bruschetta into thin slices
  2. Lightly toast – either toaster or grill
  3. Add slices of Brie de Meaux AOC – grill until brie begins to melt (optional)
  4. Top with blackberries
  5. Drizzle a little honey over each
